Brazil Court to Hear Case Involving Petrobras Minority Holders Tuesday
A Brazilian appeals court will hear arguments Tuesday in a 20-year-old case involving a payment of more than $2 billion to minority shareholders of Petrobras Quimica S.A., or Petroquisa, the now-defunct petrochemicals unit of state-run energy giant Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR, PETR4.BR), or Petrobras.
