Repsol Secures €1 Billion Credit at Rate Below 3%
Spanish oil company Repsol YPF SA (REP.MC, REPYY) secured a 1-billion-euro ($1.23 billion) credit with three banks at an interest rate below 3% and pledged a 10% stake in Gas Natural SDG SA (GAS.MC) as guarantee for it, reports ABC in its Wednesday Internet edition.

French car maker PSA Peugeot Citroen (UG.FR) plans to detail its restructuring program with its July 25 release of corporate results, French newspaper Les Echos reported on its website late Tuesday, citing an interview with Chief Financial Officer Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon.
